What can I expect on my first visit?

• First, we start off with our complimentary consultation where we discuss your primary concerns, as well as any financial concerns, then we typically continue with our assessment and possible imaging after. All of this typically takes about an hour.

Do you take Insurance?

• Yes, we are one of the few offices that still accepts insurance. We accept all major insurances and we’ll provide a complimentary insurance benefits check to see exactly what your insurance covers before any charges incur.

What is Videofluoroscopy?

• Videofluoroscopy can also be called “motion x-ray”, this technology allows for us to see exactly how your spine articulates as you move to help us better grasp the mechanics of your spine. This technology streamlines how we get results and our ability to administer specific chiropractic adjustments.

Does insurance cover x-ray?

• Videofluoroscopy is an advanced technology that is not currently covered by any insurance plan. Other services in our office, however, are billable to insurance plans that have chiropractic coverage. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept cash, all credit/ debit cards, care credit, HSA or flex cards, even venmo.

How much will this cost?

• We understand that some may think that chiropractic care is an expensive luxury. We want you to know this is not the case as we specialize in affordable care. We are also one of the few offices in the area that still accept insurance. When you come into our office we can discuss the initial investment and next steps before any charges incur.

Do I need a referral from a medical doctor?

• Nope! If you have one, GREAT, bring it in, but we see many people at different places in their health journey.

I’ve had surgery, can I receive care?

• Since we utilize such advanced technology we are able to determine whether you are a candidate for care. We have taken care of hundreds of patients from pre- to post-surgery.

I’m pregnant, can I come in?

Can I bring my family to my appointments?

• Of course! We are a family and kid friendly office. Whether the whole family is getting checked or just you, we provide child care for our tiny friends and would love to see you all!
